Maintenance Request

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 

If you have a MAINTENANCE REQUEST please call our office at 513.523.4532. If you have a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY and our office is closed you must call 513.523.4532, then follow the prompts to contact the person on call; You must leave your name, phone number, address location and exact nature of problem and a maintenance technician will return your call.

 

Please be advised that you are authorizing entry to your home or apartment unit and that your presence is not required for maintenance work to be completed.

 

If your unit is managed by the Owner or if you have leased directly from an owner, you must contact your Owner/Landlord for your maintenance request. We cannot assist you without Owner authorization.
