Debra Nixon, In 1996, my life took an unexpected turn...I graduated from Miami University in 1995. After plans to move to Dallas, Texas fell through, I looked for work in the one place I call home, Oxford, Ohio. I was hired by Jeff Schroer, the founder of Oxford Real Estate, Inc. to be his assistant/office manager. In 1997, I received my Sales license. In 2004, the next level was achieved....my Broker's license.
I am still here today because of this local homegrown company. We are a family and we take pride in the service we provide. Whether you are looking for a rental, an investment or a new place to call home, we will assist you in the search. When I say "we", I really mean "we".
Donna Gross, I began my real estate career with Oxford Real Estate, Inc. (OXRE) in 1994 as a Property Manager, obtained my Real Estate License in 2001 and became a Broker/Co-Owner in 2007. My way of life is simply, "Treat people the way you like to be treated." I realize that real estate transactions aren't "just business".
Whether you are purchasing or leasing your home, building your future investing in real estate, purchasing or leasing space for your business, these are all very personal decisions that deserve superior personalized service. Exactly the type of service you can receive from an independent Main Street America business like OXRE.
My continued success in the ever-changing world of real estate is due to the unbelievable team I have surrounding me every day. It's important when buying, selling or leasing real estate to know how to choose the right real estate professional for you. Not only is the brokerage firm a key component, but the specific agent you choose to work with can have a huge impact on the success of your transaction.
Rick Woedl, Sales Associate, joined the Oxford Real Estate, Inc. family in December 2005. Rick is a native of Oxford.
Robyn Thyen. I have lived in the Oxford area most of my life. My husband Phil and I are both graduates of Talawanda High School and have been married since 1986. We are the proud parents of 2 children, Emily and Alex who are active military serving in the US Army.
I have dedicated the past 10 years of my life working for the Talawanda School District as an educational assistant at Marshall Elementary. I have also had the pleasure of serving Butler County as a 4H Advisor in the Horse Department. I have a great love of ALL animals, including my two dogs Pete and Shelby. I am knowledgeable and no stranger to our community and the needs of its members. Whether you are listing your property or you are in the market to buy that "just right" home, contact me, your friend and neighbor.
